– People who cancel the reservation 15 days before the day of check-in pay one night non-refundable.

– People who cancel less than 15 days before the check-in day (including no-shows) pay: First night + taxes.

– People who cancel less than 7 days before the day of check-in (including no-shows) pay: 100% of the reservation amount.

Sunday Dec. 19, 2021 – Saturday Jan 8, 2022

– According to check-in date

– Guests that cancel 30 + days before check-in pay one night non-refundable.

– Guests that cancel within less than 30 days before check-in (even no-shows), will pay for: 

– 100% of reservation fee

– Cancelation fee

Sunday, Jan. 9, 2022 – Friday, Dec. 16th, 2022

– According to check-in date

– Guests that cancel 72 hours + before check-in pay one night non-refundable.

– Guests that cancel within less than 72 hours before check-in (even no-shows), will pay for: 

– 100% of reservation fee

Saturday Dec. 17th, 2022 – Saturday, Jan. 14th, 2023

– According to check-in date

– Non-refundabl
