We created the Fair Price Guarantee so you can trust that the quality-to-price ratio of our services meets your expectations.
This guarantee refunds you a percentage of your total stay payment in Resort Credit, which you can use to enjoy products and services not included in your rate and that normally have an additional cost.
*Products and services where the Resort Credit can be applied:
1.- Upgrade to a higher room category.
2.- Premium beverages – (per day or per drink).
3.- Spa massages.
4.- Early Check-In.
5.- Late Check-Out.
6.- Future reservations – If you choose this option and apply it to a future stay, the Resort Credit amount will be deducted from the total cost of the new reservation.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The Resort Credit is non-refundable.
- Applies only to reservations made through our official website beloislamujeres.com or via WhatsApp.
- The Resort Credit amount will be determined based on the results of the satisfaction survey.
- The Resort Credit can be requested starting from the second night of stay.
- The Resort Credit must be used within the dates of the reserved stay or applied to a future reservation.
- If the guest decides to use this benefit while at home, it will be for personal use only. If the guest decides to apply it to a future stay, the holder must notify the hotel of the name of the person to whom the benefit will be transferred.
